George is a scruffy giant, but when a new clothes shop opens in the town, he decides to buy himself a selection of smart clothes. On his way home, George encounters a host of sad creatures that he helps by giving them an item of his new clothing. George’s good deeds, however, leave him cold and miserable (and underdressed!). The kindly scruffy giant is rewarded at the end for his selfless acts of kindness by his new animal friends. A great book for teaching infants about the importance of being helpful and kind to others.
