Cyril the squirrel is lonely because he is only one of his kind living in the park. But one day Cyril meets Pat, a fellow squirrel (or so he thinks). Pat and Cyril become the best of friends and have lots of fun and adventures in the park together. Cyril doesn’t realise that Pat is, in fact, a rat. When his friend’s identity is pointed out to him, Cyril is led to believe that the pair can no longer be friends because of their differences.
