Tiddler is a cheeky little fish. He makes up fanciful stories to his teacher and his classmates to explain why he is late for school (which he always is). No one believes his imaginary adventures except for Little Johnny Dory who shares Tidder’s stories with other sea-dwellers. One day, Tiddler becomes a victim in his own tale but will the others believe he is telling the truth this time? A fun oceanic picture book full of bright colourful illustrations and Donaldson’s characteristic rhyming structures. It’s also a great basic introduction to learning about clocks and telling the time.
